For Tamaki-san, pizza has always been about more than following tradition.
His distinctive approach brings together long-fermented dough, intense wood-fired heat, carefully selected ingredients, the characteristic salt punch and the techniques he has refined through years of pizza making.
Now he is returning to Sydney, and 20 PST customers will have the opportunity to experience his pizza with the man himself in the restaurant.
Tamaki-san will be present throughout this special evening, meeting winners, sharing the experience and doing what he does best.
And yes, you will get your photo with Tamaki-san.
What You Could Win
20 winners will each receive an invitation to PST's exclusive Tamaki-san dining experience on Friday 30 October 2026 from 6.30pm.

Terms and Conditions
Each winner may also invite one guest to join them. Your guest will need to RSVP and purchase their own meal.
The prize is valid only for the PST dining experience on Friday 30 October 2026 and cannot be redeemed on another date. Winners must RSVP by the deadline stated in their winner notification. If a winner is unable to attend or does not RSVP by the deadline, they will forfeit the prize and a replacement winner may be drawn.
